Myself narendra sharma . i have booked the product from Flip kart lenovo a1000 tablet on dated 13 September 2014 and received it on dated 16 September 2014. When i checked it, it is defective and connectivity problem . so i booked the complaint at Flip kart . and as per representative he gave me date 20 September 2014 for resolution . on dated 19 September 2014 i received the call from Flipkart they told me that flip kart provide 30 days replacement warranty but i want refund of my money but they refuse. Sir please help me for refund . i want refund not replacement .

I have received a defected mobile Moto G2 from your company and filed a return the same day I recieved the product. I was informed that the product will be here until 22nd October and I am still waiting to hear anything from you. The delay is really testing my patience. I hope for you to consider this matter really seriously.
product delivery time is very poor takes 6-7 days for delivery and supply defective piece & no early assistance.
i ordered asus zenfone 5 (16gb) in flipkart on 06 jan 15. it was delivered to my neighbour on 9th jan as i was unavailable during office hours. i got product in my hand on 10th jan. i started using the phone on 10th jan evening. i raised the his complaint on 11th jan. yes not even used the mobile even for 24 hours

i have raised the query with flipkart. Incident:[protected]. no response yet

this faulty product has serious problems

1) it heats up extremely fast. i cannot use it for even for 5 mins. it is like holding a warm plate on the hand all the time. what is the use of phone if one cannot use it for songs / browsing even for 1 hour in a day. the mobile definitely cannot be used for more than 1 hour in a stretch. i am afraid that it may explode if it is used for long hours

2) the battery life is pathetic. it drains so fast that it does not last even for 2 hours. i have not played any games. not used it for playing videos. just used for sms, 2g browsing, 1 call. this happens when i have enabled ultra saving mode. i needed to charge the battery for 3 times

below is mentioned about battery in their website

but my mobile does not last even for 1 hour

3) the quality of audio is extremely poor. unable to hear the song thru earphone outside the house even with full volume. tried with different earphone. same problem.

4) i am unable to download any app thru playstore. always showing error ''unable to download". tried fixing the issue but not getting resolved

i cannot risk taking replacement product. i am sure that that product will also be faulty.

pls pls help me to get the refund.

i wasted 289 rs on back cover, screen guard, earphone for the same phone thru flipkart. i am in no need of it but not sure what to do with it.
heights of negligence from the seller, ordered ideal home MA-116 massager, on 16/1/2015 i received a chinese massager that too with defective attachments and asked to replace, today(18th) i got replacement but again a chinese cheap one that too with the defected attachments caps not getting fixed and are too loose, its highly disappointing, i need it to be replaced ASAP or just refund my money i just dnt need some cheaper chinese versions and even not in working conditions, really disgusting sellers on this site especially tarasellers
I had bought Redmi Note 4g 5 days ago and had issued a complaint regarding improper fit of the back panel. The request was denied and rejected. Also no further replies were given. Now there's another problem. When on call, the screen that should lit up when we move the phone away to end the call, doesn't show up. Sometimes the camera button don't respond. Hence I wanted replacement or refund for the product.

THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED ON 25.11.2014 AND AFTER A FEW DAYS IT STOPPED TAKING CHARGE. OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS WHETHER DUPLICATE OR DEFECTIVE.

PLEASE DO SOMETHING IN THIS FACT OR I SHALL GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR SURE.

Hello Sir/Madam. I recently purchased a mobile phone from flipkart OD[protected]. Yesterday I was using the phone and all of a sudden the display started showing rainbow coloured lines and then it went blank. Now the display is dead. It did not fall or any other physical damage. I take good care of my phone.
Also I read reviews by other users who purchased the same phone from flipkart and recently there have been a lot of complaints about customers receiving defective products.
I have requested a return but I'm worried that it will be replaced by another defective product.
Please do something because 13, 000 is a big deal to me and is even more than my monthly salary. I hope to get a proper functioning product in return and if not I'll feel very disappointed about myself and your company.

I bought JBL Flip 2 few months back. And it stopped getting charged after sometime! I got it checked and then got to know the batter was already bad. So disappointed!
This is to notify to the proper authorities that I had purchased an AMD processor from Flipkart on 29.12.2014 and after one month o[censored]sage its not working. I tried AMD consumer care number but to no avail as no one seems to respond. I also tried to search for any AMD service centers in Kolkata that is my home city but I could not find any. Please help me by giving a proper AMD service center phone number and address of Kolkata region. Recently i brought a laptop from flip kart and in fact it was a defective piece, I called the customer care agents several times and they said the issue will be resolved but it was not resolved as of now, they keep on saying me our technical department would be calling you and resolve the issue, the technical department guy called me and he confirmed that it was a defective piece and i would recieve a call back tomorrow, but as of now they did not resolve it . I call them several times and they would start the same procedure and keep on saying the same thing, They really dissolved my issue for three times.
My lenovo a7000's ear phone is not fit in phone socket

I have purchased Xiaomi Redmi2 from Flipkart on 8th April2015 and it got delivered on 9th April 2015. After usage of 40 days mobile is getting heating up like hell and battery is draining very fast. I have contacted Flipkart on the same and they said to visit a service center. I have been to service center and they updated the software and said it will work fine, but the next day my mobile is completely dead and is not switching on. I again visited service center on 28th May 2015 and Service center guy after quick check of the mobile informed that there is problem with Mother Board and that need to be replaced and need to submit my mobile and wait for 7 days, I have asked for a back up mobile as i am not having one with me, Service center guy said there is no such facility, even though i accepted and waited for 7 days and called back the service center about the status of the Mobile. They informed me that i need to wait for more time. I have waited till 15th June 2015 and collected mobile on that day, Service center guy informed me that problem is not with Mother Board and it is with Battery and so replaced the battery. Today 16th June 2015 i have visited Service center again as mobile is heating up like hell again and battery is draining very fast. Think a person without a mobile for two weeks and again in the same situation after two weeks. Is this what a customer expects.

I have purchased floor mop from flipkart but the product is faulty, it was a spin steel mop but after use of three months the system has stopped working and also there is no guarantee nor any warranty, when tried to contact customer care, they refused to help, there is no repair available out side nor any service provider no provided I feel cheated and feel that I have lost 3200 bucks on flipkart,
Strong recommendation don't buy any product from flipkart
