I hav ordered a flip cover nearly a month ago..it was said that the product would be deliverd within 10 days i.e. on 8th dec 2015...but to my surprise i got a mail n a msg frm flipkart infrming me that my order was cancelled and the money would be refunded with in 10 days..i was waiting all the way for refunding of money..but what the hell with this...still my money was not returned back...i dnt knw how to deal with this...plz sum1 help me in resolving dis prblm...

On 5 august 2016 i placed an order of lenovo vibe k5 note through prepaid option.
The order was at the moment cancelled by flipkart . It showed that the refund is initiate by flipkart. I have a query that when we do prepaid payment then the amount gets deducted imediately but while refunding it takes too much time? This is very wrong.

i first time believe to flipkart and order a washing machine. but some prob. this order cancell at this time. but 13 days gone, cash not refund till time. it is very bad service from flipkart.

Didn't get the refund money back
It is bring to your notice that I have ordered for index avoir 109cm 43 inch led smart HD TV on 22 September through credit card by paying all the amount of rs 26485 of this TV and my order ID is OD[protected]. The TV is scheduled to deliver by 28 September by flipkart. But to my surprise the TV is not delivered till 8/10/2017. I have contacted the flipkart customer care for at least 10 times but still the order details shows '' sorry for the delay in delivery ''. First your customer care executive says that you will get update on your order on 6 of October. But I receive the update saying sorry you will be updated on 7 October at 2pm. But after again calling on 8/10/2017 I was not at all updated. This service of you is irresponsible and totally unsatisfactory. It is on your part to make your order deliver as soon as possible because this irresponsible attitude of your customer care executives bring down the image of Flipkart.
