my Order # OD[protected] with flipkart ordered in 16th sept was received with a display defect(display flickerring and Hanging), Have asked for a replacement which was sent to me which was again a damaged one. When contacted Flipkart CS 28th Oct Ms.Minu, had advised me to go for a refund, before even i could inform the refund to be back to source she had raised in the system as refund to wallet. when asked she is cooly saying that she had already done it and she cant change and asked me to call once the item is picked(i have a recording done on this conversation) I have been told that the pick up would be done on sept 30th but no body turned but received an sms end of the day that i was not available hence no pick up done and will reattempt on Oct 1st...On oct 1st also the same story and on Oct 3rd also the same story. Finally i called up Flipkart on Oct 3rd night and told them if you cant refund atleast replace without putting me in further pain. Till today NOBODY is taking any response on my refund but only saying they have some technical issue. The worst nightmare i had with FLIPKART. Note: I have all the conversations recorded which can prove the inefficiency of the CS personnel in FLipkart and the way they deal with consumers payment

The complaint stands resolved by taking necessary action with the logistics and the refund was initiated to customer on 9th October, 2013 and the refund will reflect in 10 days from the date of initiation.
