[Resolved]  Flipkart — requesting refund

Order ID: OD[protected] ordered on-21 july 2013 received on-23 july 2013 i am unhappy with the product so i called the customer care same day and requested them take back the unused goods and refund the money to my flipkart wallet but they said
Dear Ragupathy, Order Id : OD[protected] Items : 1. tZaro Belt (Dark Brown) 2. Travel Blue Rucksack - 15 L (Blue) We certainly understand your concern in this regard. As per our records, we see that you have placed order for the above mentioned items and the same has been delivered to you. Hence, we will not be able to replace the same. Also, we would like to inform you that the seller WS Retail has a 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. If you come across any damage or manufacturing defect in the product at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, kindly notify us and we will ensure the seller is contacted and a correct resolution is found. As of now we do not have a buy back or exchange policy for the above mentioned items. Please accept our apologies for not being able to assist you with this request. dear akosha team kindly help me to get my money back thank you
