[Resolved] Flipkart — Worst Experience with Flipkart | |||||
I ordered Sennheiser Headset (Order# OD[protected]) from Flipkart. A few hours after the order placement the delivery status was shown as 'Shipped'. The status was changed back to 'Retured' after a few days. The customer support said the issue is with their courier department and it will be resend the next day. The next day the status turned back to 'Shipped' again. Even after waiting for a few days, it didnt delivered. The customer support person told they don't have stock and the money will be returned back to my account in 10 days. Either they should Not take the order if they don't have stock or at least do Not make fun of customer asking him to wait for few days by changing the delivery status each day. I have decided to stop shopping from Flipkart. Good bye Flipkart! Was this information helpful? | |||||

You are right. Even I have experienced a similar problem while ordering from Flipkart. I ordered 3 watches as gifts for my sisters. And only one of the watches was delivered, rest of the items were sent back.

I have booked an mobile with an order ID OD[protected]. When I booked the order status was confirmed & Flipkart was debited money from my account. Also I got an confirmation mail & message from flipkart. After a while my flipkart page showing as payment not received for that Order. On contacting flipkart they said to contact with bank & bank also confirmed that the money was successfully transferred to flipkart . But still flipkart saying my transaction was not successful.
