[Resolved]  Flipkart.com — NO exchange/return/replacement policy

DO NOT BUY FROM FLIPKART IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON THE PRODUCT coz they do not have a return/replacement/exchange/refund policy.

I bought a Sony Digital frame for 10K from them as a gift to my mother but she wished to have a Tablet so i asked them to replace it with a 20k tablet which they refused stating that they only take returns if the product is damaged in transit.

There are so many other online shopping sites selling similar items with a bit cheaper price and with 'no question asked' return policy but still i choose to buy from flipkart ended up with a BIG MISTAKE.

Adding to it their customer care sucks.Their customer support sounded rude on phone saying that 'we have send what you have bought and if you dont like it than that is not their concern' ???

I bought the rice cooker from them ... but its so small that i can hardly cook in it...i want it to be replaced with a bigger one...i wish it could be replaced.
Products sold online should have a replacement policy. we are keeping things intact and not even opening them.
This is expected from a site like Flipkart who are selling items online since long time.
hey at least there should be some reasonable condition for exchange...how can u chose something then exchange it coz u dint like it or coz u want something else... i[censored] dint like or want it then why simply order it? to see? there are shipping costs involved
I had ordered a shoe and my shoe did not fit so they excganged it.
BUT I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO POINT OUT that the shoe sizes mentioned on the site was different than the size on shoe... like site said UK-4/EURO-38
and shoe mentioned UK-5/EURO-38. so its confusing
if your mother wanted something else then why did u buy what u did not really want?
I had the same issue with the flipkart, i had ordered a camera lens and by mistake i had ordered nikon mount lens but i want it canon mount...they dint replace same product as their policy are rigid...go to hell...i will never buy from flipkart in my life.
I bought MOTO - G from Flipkart but this moblile never works from day 1. Really i have never expected this from Flipkart..This mobile (new Brand) comes with major technical problem of not detecting SIM card. I ordered replacement for same but the replaced one is also faulty. I am really frustrated as i am unable to do anything from this handset. I contacted their customer care but they refused to give my money back, even they are also aware of this technical problem...then why the hell they are selling this product. I will go to consumer court if required but i will definitely take my money back.

You all are requested to not to buy any product from flip kart, Because they straightway refuse to refund money if you are not happy with your product same if you have any technical problem with product also they will not help you out .

This is 3rd instance where Mobile MOTO _E availability in site and got message that product is avail in Flipkart official site. but within 2 Minute's when we log in and wanna to purchase Product suddenly found stock not available .
