[Resolved] Flipkart.com — Product Quality is not good | |||
Dear Sir, I Ravinder Grover got a gifted product from flipkart on 04th Feb.,2013. Order ID is BX24597665. The Product is MP3 Player of Zebronics Stem + Transcend 4 GB memory card MP3 Player (Blue). The Voice Quality of the Product is very poor. Now i want to change the same product with higher one, means i am ready to buy a new MP3 Player from Flipkart, but customer executive is not helping me in this matter. They said we can only replace with same one. I don't want to get my money back i just want that Flipkart just provide me a Flipkart coupon for the same amount for which i purchase the product. I am soundarapandian had purchased DMG Flip Cover for Lenovo A526 black without flipkart account. Order id OD[protected], order date 06/03/15. I received that product on 13/03/15.this flip cover does not fit to my lenovo A526 mobile. I would like to change the product and replaced new one, please help me how to return without flipkart account.
