I have orederd this book from flipkart ..they shiped me on time but book is 2013 edition so call back to flipkart to change this book and give me 2012 edition book and they do but return me the same book i.e 2013 edition with worst condition so again i called back to flipkart now talking to them is the worst n worst experience to them.... they are not going ta change the book...... they said me that we will provide u the amount u paid so replied this is not the solution.... so they said we cannot exchange ... only can provide u money and the money can only be used on flipkart website....so please provide me solution

most importantly they change the logo of the book after i complain..... they cheated me n all. and also file a complain in consumer court...
