We have ordered a birthday cake on 18th August 2013 to deliver on the same day at 12.00PM. They have charged Rs250/- for delivering at mid night. So far it is not yet reached. I have missed the fun of my nephew. Please take action on 'Floral Gifts to India so that
1. They may not give wrong promises and cheating customers like this and
2.I can get back my money for the undelivered product
