Floral Gifts To India — Delivery of flowers

Absolutely pathetic service ! There is nothing called customer service. One fool called Harish answers the numbers mentioned on the website. He has no telephone etiquettes and downright rude. I had ordered for blue orchid basket (pics on website) to be delivered(at Chennai) before 10am two days before the delivery. The flowers were delivered at 7.30 in the evening and it was bunch of some 10 roses. Feel totally cheated as I paid some Rs 600/- for this. Above all the guy has not respect and totally a fraud. I have no idea how I should get my money back as that's the only thing I can get back coz disappointment caused by this cannot be reversed .
