Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered Bouquet of Flowers with www.floralgiftstoindia.com on 03/08/2013 which is to be delivered to Belguam on 04/08/2013. Order tracking ID No. AJkKL2. EBS Payment ID : 18688094. Merchant Reference Number : 5888a[protected]a81850. The said flowers were not delivered on 04/08/2013. So i tried to cancel the order through customer care no. but customer care gave very vague answers about cancellation & always kept the phone in between of call. I sent mail to their official e-mail id but still no response from website. After a month, i have still not received amount of Rs.749 paid at the time of transaction as refund despite various attempts of demand for refund.
All i am asking for refund of Rs.749 i paid at the time of booking of my order. Was this information helpful? |
