[Resolved] Floral Gifts To India — This company cheats in the name of Designer cake | |||
I stay in Dubai and I placed and order on floralgiftstoindia website for a designer cake for my niece 1st birthday who stays in Khar - Mumbai It was a nice booty cake as shown on http://www.floralgiftstoindia.com/products/cakes/designer-cakes.htm. However the cake that was delivered in Mumbai was totally different than that shown on the website. Photo is attached with this complaint. I was so disappointed when I saw the actual birthday cake photo that was delivered by a bakery in mumbai. I called up the customer care number mentioned on the website Floral Gifts To India on +91 [protected] , [protected] asking them about this and they coolly replied that i have to write to the customer care email id's [protected]@floralgiftstoindia.com; [protected]@gmail.com as they cannot address my query on the phone. Accordingly I wrote to them and till date I have not received any reply. They have just ignored my email. So I assume that the cakes or gifts that we order online after seeing the beautiful photos on the website are not actually delivered. And this Floral gifts to india company has cheated me. They have charged me INR 1650 for the cake which i did not order. People like me who want to send cakes and gifts to their loved one's in india can't even trust these sites now. Friends who want to order ONLINE cakes, please do not order from Floral gifts to india website as you will end up spending money for the gifts that you have not chosen for your loved ones. Completely agree with you. I ordered a cake and chocolates from their sister concern, Kolkataflowersandgifts. They never delivered the gift. When I tried calling them up, nobody picked up the phone for hours. Finally when I was able to reach them, they said that they will tell me the next day whether they can deliver the cake or not. Moreover, the people on the phone act as if they are doing you a huge favor by checking the status! Highly unprofessional
