Fly LX 500 — Faulty Cell Phone | |
I bought a Fly Lx 500 from Top Ten Mobile Store on 19th August, 2008. I got the phone home connected it to the computer. while it gets connected in data storage mode it fails to connect in PC-Sync mode even after installing the requisite software available in the cd. I cross checked even with the dealer and even he couldnt find a solution. He advised me to visit the service center at Accel Frontline Ltd., Sagar Tech Plaza, SakiNaka. Since then i have paid numerous visits and have called up the service center. The only reply i get is the fly engineer isnt free today, he is busy in some meeting or he wont be able to attend today. Being a working person it isnt possible for me to visit ur service center every now and then. Was this information helpful? | |

I'am also having the same problem of detection through PC with my LX 500 model which I bought on Aug.16' 2008. While earlier it working very smoothly.
where easily i can find find fly services center can u plz suggest me
when i bought fly mobile i thought it very nice to handle, very sexy pic are watched in gprs .then i tried to connect with my pc then problem started...bloody [censored] i dint suported...even service provider to fails to support... plz help me if any other way to connect with my pc...

they tried to make a good hardware... but when it comes to its software, its a really [censored]ed up machine... doesnt get connected with PC no matter how hard u try...

Do not install the s/w which come with the cd.Try to download the same s/w from the fly mobiles web site, then ur prob'll be resolved...Then u'll nt get that error again.

I bought FLY LX 500 in June 2008. In Feb'09, its speaker got damaged. I got it replaced but from the very beginning the data cable was fualty. Whenever I used to charge my phone, current used to come in the whole body of the mobile. It used to give me a shock every time I used to tuoch the phone while charging it. I visited Accel Frontline, Chandigarh office in Sector 35 and asked them to arrange the data cable for me but I didn't get it yet. athey have a very poor service. They also broke the frame of my phone and damaged the keypad also. Also my phone has a problem in sliding now after I got it repaired from Accel Frontline, Chd.
Please tel me some other contact no. to get the data cable if possible.

There is an issue with the DATA CABLE
Any of or ALL the following possible symptoms:
charging issue with warning : WARNING Incorrect charger contact
Not able to connect to PC SYNC
WEB CAM not working.
You can also try to download the latest SW for PC SYNC from the site
If you do not have service provided BUG them frequently and do take a receipt for the Complaints you lodge even if you email them take a delivery and read receipt, Use Outlook or similar S/W for this.
After filing 3 -4 such complaints YOU may go to the consumer forum which is FREE.
Lets teach them a nice lesson.

why FLY LX 500 pc can not Support webcam
it probably due to the os..
reinstall the os and then it shall work(i[censored] can do that)..
