Flyking Courier — Courier not delivered

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to your Air way bill number 29977020 dated 14th May 2011.
This is to bring to your kind notice, that we had sent a courier
Amritsar to Mumbai vide your Air way bill number 29977020 on 14th
may 2011. But till today courier has not reached Mumbai. Today Morning
when I called up your Amritsar and Mumbai (Goregaon )Branch. They
don’t attend me properly on phone.

I think this way your staff is doing their best to harm the
reputation of FLYKING . So I request to your esteemed department
please to do the needful.
