[Resolved]  Flyking Courier Services — NON DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENT ON TIME IRRESPECTIVE OF CHARGING AIRFARE

THE CONSIGNMENT WAS BOOKED ON 19.06.09 WHICH REACHED MUMBAI ON 20.06.09. WHILE DOING FOLLOW UP I WAS TOLD I WILL RECEIVE THE SAME ON 22.06.09. WHEN I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CONSIGNMENT I CALLED UP & SPOKE TO DUBEJI FROM OPERATIONS. HE TOLD ME AS THE BOY FROM CHEMBUR SANJAY PANCHAL IS ILL THEY DON'T KNOW WHEN THEY WILL DELIVER THE CONSIGNMENT. HE FURTHER SAID THE COMPANY DOESN'T HAVE ANY BACK UP PLANS FOR DELIVERY. I HAVE PAID FLIGHT CHARGES & EVERY TIME I FACE HARASSMENT FROM THIS COMPANY REGARDING DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENT. STERN ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS THEY ACT VERY IRRESPONSIBLY & THE SENIOR PEOPLE LIKE SANJAY MAHESWARI & SAILESH MAHESWARI REFUSE TO TAKE CLIENT CALLS OR ADDRESS THE PROBLEM.THEY CHARGE THE CUSTOMER AIR FREIGHT CHARGES AND THEY NEVER DELIVER ON TIME.

Flyking Courier Services — Delay & harrasment in delivery of Consignment

Consignment Bo:39748646. Booked on 12th June '09 received by the Mumbai office of Flyking in the morning. When contacted for delivery no calls were attended by the operations. I must given multiple numbers & finally I spoke with Mr. Dube in operations. I was told the delivery will take place on Monday 15th June'09 as there is no body to take the consignment to chembur -Mumbai. On 15th June when I contact Mr. Dube, I was asked by him as to why i didnt callup in the morning for follow up. since I didnt call up the delivery boy has left with out the consignment. therefore I have to call up the next. On tuesday morning when I called up at 10.30am i spoke to Mr.Arun from operations. I was told that they dont have delivery boys for delivery. When I tried contacting Mr. Sanjay Maheswari I was told by the operatorhe is not available. I have left multiple messages on the same. So far I have not received my consignment.
The point to be noted is that the company has charged me the air fare for delivery.
This is cheating & fraud by the company by taking money from their customer & not making delivery on time. Strict action should be taking against such comapany.
I am agree with you. Service of Flyking Courier is worst among all courier services. My friend booked one parcel for me on 29/6/09. and it reached in my city on 03/07/09. But upto today means 07/07/09 it has not been delivered to me. I am asking about it in local office, they reply courier is with delivey man for distribution. When contacted with that person, he replied that he had lot of work so not able to deliver from last three days. And today also he is not giving my courier to me. I cant imagine that it can happen.
So never go for FlykingCourier Service even if thery provide service free of cost.
