M/s France Vita Natura Pvt Ltd No 110 Kamatchi Amman Koil Street Pondichery Above Company publish a Large advt. in leading Newspaper paper Dainik Bhaskar for Guraanteed Weight Loose The company claims that if we will not find any result i.e. weight loose, whole the amount will be refund. Sir I have not find change aftre taking medicine. and as per terms and conditions a have applied for refund but there is not any refund have been made by the company till date. other detailes are as uder Invoice No 197914 Dated 04.02.2010 Amount Rs 1440.00+ Rs 130 Postage Name of the Product BIOCAPTOL (new) Date of making claim for refund 10.03.2010 I have dispatched all the requisites documents well in time and also acknowledge by the company. I have send so many mails for the refund but the compay always tell the they will send the money Sir, Kindly arrange to help me for my hard earned refund money and arrange to acknowledge the public against this company. France vita natura pvt.ltd. — non refund of money
I have taken weight loss Product vide name Bio-captol, 25 days course vide inovice no.275827 dt 26.5.2010. I have taken medicine as per the instruction. After completing the course my weight could not reduce then talk on phone then compney given instruction to send the empty bottle and orignal invoice for refund of payment. I have sent empty bottle and orignal invoice by post to the compney on 28.7.2010. Futher I have talk to compney regarding receipt of empty bottle and orginal invoice, they confirm me that both things received by them and your mony will be refund in the first week on October 2010. On date I have also talk on phone at about 03.18 PM and they told me your mony will be refund shortly. Thus France vita natura Pvt. ltd. did not returning mony as they have notify in the newspapers.
