[Resolved]  Fraud: MAAC India - Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics — Admission cancel, but not refund my Money

I am Center Director of MAAC Pitampura and I can say that such allegations are false and derogatory for our Institute. Have you met Center Manager or Center Director for the refund of Fee, if somebody has denied you in our front office? I am sure you have not raised this issue with us though we are present there in the same premises. Had you been approached us with such issue such complaint would not arise.

You have not mentioned your name in this mail, so we are unable to trace your complaint. Why don't you contact us Today regarding this, before passing the judgment of FRAUD done by MAAC.

i have paid 25, 000 ruppes for "MAAC Mentor Series: MMS "(i have all class attendence signature by mms faculty)

they didnot give me any kinds of certificate, or in written that i was in "MAAC Mentor Series: MMS "



YES, i was dilay contacting them, they were all time saying me, we will help you, tomorrow, next month... even they lie in front of my family, that they will give me certificate




sir, to hide this topice they deleted my all work from computer)...
evern they started do doing "mental harassment" in mnay differnt way

I want transfer my classes from Maac Allahabad to Maac Delhi.And I fill-up the transfer form last December, 28/2011.Councillor of Maac Allahabad said me that max 15 days have done this process's. but it is no action or activities till now April 18, 2012.
I contact them many time but there is no response and said next week, just week etc.

I have paid complete fees for 3D Animation course from MAAC Chandigarh for my brother Abhimanyu Arora. He has completed the course a year back but he hasn't got the certificate from MAAC. Now, that centre has closed its operation from chandigarh. The left out staff is not helping and they are asking to talk to Noida head office. We tried to talk to them, but they are also not helping out. Its been a month chasing them but no one is helping.

Well, I am a student who was quite interested in animation..
but maac(rajouri garden) . changed my attitude towards it. I payed 30, 000/-, They are not refunding the money even after repeated request, neither they r allowing to reschedule my course (since I just want to do the sketching). Plz guide me what can be done ????!!!?!

I have plane out to addition your institute but i have see lots of complaint regarding your institute, So kindly clarify your doing fraud we innocent people or your are provide the good service,

Maac people are frauds...its been 6 months and I have not yet my diploma certificate from them ...whenever I call they say next month..next month ...[censored]ers dont even know the proper information...maac, arena, framebox all are same...they show something else and reality is something else...half of the computers dont work in their centres...they use pirated softwares and teach students to use pirated softwares...the teachers who are bot qualified to teach a particular software they force them to attend a 2 days workshop to learn the software and then have the audacity to teach the students...They dont have individual computers in their training rooms and this is the reason students cannot work live with the teacher on the softwares...all is a big scam

MAAC, ARENA all are fruads. I[censored] want to learn softwares learn from lynda.com just subscribe to their video tutorials on various softwares...

MAAC Janakpuri, New Delhi branch is a fraud. Recently, I joined there to do the course (Student829435) & deposited Rs. 9, 135 for the same. Due to the time issue, I lost my job & didn't want to continue the same. The concerned person was asked to adjust my money in other course of software but, they denied to do so. Also, they denied to refund my hard earned money. MAAC Janakpuri, New Delhi branch is a completely deceitful & nobody should go there.

One more thing they charged highly FEE of any courses accordingly other Institutes.

Even….I requested to all my friend’s who looking for the Web Designing, Graphic Designing, 3D Animation and VFX Courses, please don’t need to hire or get the admission in MAAC. And the faculties are also average.

Bobby bhola, you really seem an ! Don't mislead people by making such nasty comments. How can an institute be fraud if they didnt refund your money! It is possible that they had no such time slots suiting ur requirement. You should have confirmed about this before paying itself. So all i would say is that you must have lost ur job because you dont make use o[censored]r brain. Good luck for your future.

MAAC is indeed fraud. I studied in MAAC Mumbai.

Their syllabus is outdated.
Faculties and managers are way too rude & manipulative.

In fact on the very first day of MAAC one of our faculty gave 'dhamaki' to all students that don't you dare to give bad reviews about our institute after walking out of here.

They have scam programs like MMS (MAAC mentor series) or 24 FPS awards where they take additional fees from students & get animated films done for free from them.

All they have to do is just lure students by telling them that your name will appear in credits of the movie, this will make your portfolio stronger etc.

But in reality nobody counts this as experience in your portfolio.

Whereas these MAAC guys earn million bucks by selling those movies.

Before enrolling into such institutes please wait outside and ask multiple students about their experience.

We cannot call it a Fraud based upon some bad experiences which mostly is related to the amount not being refundable. It could be their policy and you can discuss the same with their HO. Mostly people only like to write about the faults of an institute but never write anything that has been good about it. I have studied in one of the MAAC Centers of Delhi near Delhi University North Campus for about 2 years and there were some highs and low points but all in all it has been a memorable journey and I found it very helping in planning my career. Presently I am working with India Today's Aaj Tak as an artist and I am quite satisfied with it.

So I would suggest not only to make a judgement based on the money but also check what is being offered. I understand that not every moment would be happy but if you work hard you will achieve what you want and that is what life is all about.

Beware of fake review posted by MAAC India. As per Indian Law you are eligible to get full refund If you don't want to continue your course. So it means private institute can't make their own Law that fee is non-refundable. You have to refund full money.

Some peoples mislead others by saying that you did not read their policy. This is same as like Delhi Govt make rule for Delhi school on admission then School can't override policy.

So You have a full right to get refund, Its a illegal to make any policy that you will not refund money because of as per Indian constitution you are 100% eligible to get full refund. If any Institute over-ride this then its a punishable act and their License can be void.

please friend dont take admission in maac.. there are nonsense people in all. i am talking about c g road ahmedabad brach.. the branch head ashish is wonderfull noncense person...

I have a very bad experience with maac Institute chowringeee Kolkata..
They just fool around with student career.

incident as follows

I went for my daughter addmission on dated 7th may 2016 T.Surana..Amount -28750.00
They asked me to pay the full amount i paid they said that from tuesday the batch gonna start as mentioned its a fresh batch.. My daughter went to her first day of class and got to knw month before this batch was started and they had completed photoshop when she went to Zoom (Employee)she said we will give u back up.. we have opted for the fresh batch then why we will take back up class but kept lying its a new batch finally i went there and clicked photos of register..for the proof.. then i called her up that she wont be doing any backup class i want to get her admit in new batch..

she said within 15 days she will start a new batch its been a month no response neither she is receiving call..kindly arrange for refund. i dont want my daughter should continue with such a fraud people..

If this mail can help me out its fine orelse i have to take action regarding this fraud which is done by ur institute..

maine MaacIndia, PitamPura ke instuite me June me Admission liya tha, lekin aab mai admission cancel karwana chahta hun lekin wo mera Admission Fees(Rs.10000) Refund neahi kar rahe hain.

wo bol rahe hain ki """"Admission Fees Refundable neahi hai aur ishke baare me Prospectus per bhe likha hai""""

lekin Prospectus per Rs.10000 Admission Fees/Registration Fees ke bare me kuch bhe likha he neahi hai.

Mere paas Rs.10000 ka Slip hai jo Maac India ne diya tha.

Unke site per bhi TOS(Terms of Service) neahi hai. maacindia (dot) com

bakwaas hai mat lena admisn there pc are not working and they only wont money

Dear Friend,
I am also get fraud by arena south ex. They are also not refund my fee amount near about 70000/- . After 1 month of join they alway ask me for fee. every time they ask me for fee. But I do not want to continue with Arena South ex. Now A days they sent me notice to pay fee or other wise they will struck off the name. Please Help me.
This is real story not a fake .
I give all of you advice to make a youtube video ( make other student be aware about these fraud institute other wise it is delhi or out side delhi).
