[Resolved] Fullerton India - Personal Loan — Loan number given to me but the loan amount not credited into my account | |
Hi All, I have applied for Personal loan in Fullerton India one and half month before and I have submitted all my documents whatever they had asked me on 5th February'10. The person who have attended me gave the assurance the loan amount will be credited to my account on 10th February'10. But today the 23rd February'10, I have not received my loan amount into my account as I have submitted the form to transfer directly to my salary account. Moreover, the loan EMI will be starting on 5th March'10. Meantime, I have contacted the customer care, they told me to contact the branch itself as they are helpless. I have been contacting the branch for the past 10 days but there are no positive response from their end. Finally, I have visited the branch on 20th February'10 and the response was it would have happened on that day itself, if not you will be getting the amount on Monday 22nd February'10. I really don't know how to express my feelings in words over here as I am need of money urgently as I have to finish my home construction work. Why these people don't really understand their responsibility???????? Was this information helpful? | |

I am from Jabalpur (M.P.). My Loan A/c No. is [protected]. I received a message form fullerton India that I have qualify for Top up on my Loan. The Local agent Mr. Dharmendra Trivedi approach me for documentation for the same & he also confirm me that you have listed for Top-up. But after 45 days have been pass out & I have not get any response from him. Kindly let me know that I will be able to get the Top up on loan or not & if not then why????

My loan No. is [protected]. I availed the loan of Rs.100000.00 on 31.03.10. Paid 9 instalments regularly. Loan is availed from Thrissur Branch and enquired with them for preclosure of the loan last week. They asked to contact toll free number. Contacted on 21'st 24'th. On 24'th I requested for closure on same day. But was asked to wait for two days and to contact again on 27.01.11. When contacted on 27.01.11 it was informed that on 24.01.11 systems were down and could not process. Then I sent mail to Fullertone requesting for closure and also sought request id on 27/01/11 morning itself.Repeatedly reminded in the same mail id. So far no response.. Again called toll free number and it was informed that a sum of aroung Rs.94000/- will have to be apid back that too can be done only after 3 days. When I worked out total interst and charges collected would be around 43% per anum. This ius atrocious and against standrad morals and practices in India.Even, now they are playing delaying tactics and the client is unnecessarily delayed so that they are getting interest for the delayed period also. I am enquring whether any ombudsman is available for addressing such misdeeds. Can any of the readers advise regarding this.h

I am availed Vehicle loan amount of Rupees 38, 000/- from fullerton india credit company limited Bangalore office on 29/09/2009 with a condition to recover from 05/11/2009 to 05/08/2011 i.e. in 22 monthly instalments, and as per your statement the loan instalment amount is Rs 1900/-from 05/11/2009 to 05/07/2011 and Rs 1893/- for the month of august i.e.on 05/08/2011, But your office deducted Rs 1900/- for last instalment instead of Rs 1893/- . Hence I request you to kindly reimburse Rs 7/- which was deducted excess for the monthe of august i.e. 05/08/2011 and issue Clearence Certificate immediately.

I am astonished that after making the full and final payment vide cheque No.358080 dated 12.06.2012 amounting to Rs.74, 732/- for closure of my loan raised during the month of September, 2011, for which i have issued a receipt No.5791192 dated 12.06.2012, however, the monthly premium as fixed at Rs.6388/- against loan account No.[protected] has again been debited from my UCO Bank Account, Branch at High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla on 6.07.2012 through ECS, which i came to know on 8.07.2012 when i had to withdrew an urgent amount which i could not withdrew as there was insufficient funds on my account and due to which i suffered inconvenience. I think either the Branch personnel of Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. Kasumpti, Shimla - 171 009 or the higher authorities concerned have knowingly done the blunder. It is to inform to the Company's Head that i am going to initiate legal proceedings against the company and the personnel of Fullerton India Private Company Ltd. for the aforesaid blunder. It is further to inform that the company so also the personnel of the company shall personally liable for the same.
