Further to our discussion the other day with Mr. Pandey from your company. I was told by Mr. Pandey that he would be calling me the following day to let me know about the amount that he has sanctioned towards top up on my personal Loan. I waited for his call for two days and since I did not hear back I thought of writing this mail to you. I also wanted to bring this to your attention that I have finally managed to cancel my Insurance policy but not because of any efforts from Fullerton but because of my own efforts and thanks for the harassment caused to me by Fullerton towards the same. I need compensation for this trouble and harassment caused or else I will be forced to file a case of forceful selling of Insurance against Fullerton India in the Consumer court. I thought that Mr. Pandey would be professional to at least call me as per his commitment but since I did not her back from him, I think he must have assumed that all is sorted now for Fullerton. I expect a compensation for the harassment cause failing which I shall have to proceed in the court of Law against Fullerton India. The Insurance person from ICIC named Ajay was calling Fullerton and saying that this man is causing too much issues. What is the meaning of the same. I am causing issues or has Fullerton caused issues to me. I was an existing customer and a good customer of Fullerton, I surely did not expect this service from them for any reason.
