Fun Cinemas — Fun Cinemas Amount Not Refunded

I booked tickets online on fun cinemas on Oct 1st for a movie on Oct 2nd in Coimbatore. I got a confirmation email from Fun Cinemas saying my tickets have been booked. But on reaching the booking counter on Oct 2nd I was told by them that it was a WEB ERROR and my booking was not successful. They informed that money would be refunded in 7 days. But the money has not been refunded till 8th Oct. This is a worst booking site.
