I am extremely sorry to know that the above mentioned product delivered at your shipping address is found defective.
Let me confirm that we have instructed our Logistic Partner to pickup the defective product from your shipping address. Kindly hand over the product in a packed condition along with the original invoice. An Acknowledgement Slip will be provided by the Courier person on handing over the product.
