Dear Sir,
We have bought KORYO AC 0.8 TON on 18-Mar-2011 from BIG BAAZAR at ARCOD ROAD in Chennai.
From past few weeks we came to notice that the COMPRESSOR is not working properly.
We went through the owners manual guide for any trouble shooting, which doesn't helped us.
We then tried to call the Toll Free No[protected] to register a complaint which was NOT answered on repeated calls.
Even the service center executives are not responding as they have to get the registered complaint from the TOLL FREE NO to dispatch the technician.
When called up to BIG BAZAAR - ARCOD ROAD phone no's mentioned in www.koryoworld.com site for further help, those no are not at all working.
I request you to please necessary actions regarding the same.
