[Resolved]  Future Group Online Shopping — Negligence in Ecommerce

online transactions and execution is really bad. It will be great if you stop ecommerce. My experience with futurebazaar.com
1. Ordered blackberry phone online (black colour) and got violet colour phone
2. Ordered gift voucher online (4 nos). Got only 1 number
3. Order 5 gift vouchers online worth Rs. 2500. When tried to use them, it was deactivated.
4. Current issue. Ordered gift voucher worth Rs. 5000/- . Due to their technical error, order did not execute but my bank debited the money from my account . Still pending.

This is with reference to your recent experience you have have regarding the order placed online.

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused as an incorrect colour product "BlackBerry Curve 8520 Gemini GSM Handset" was delivered at your shipping address under the order number [protected].

Let me confirm that the colour of the product is based on the availability of the same at our warehouse. We hence will not be able to confirm the colour of the product which will be dispatched from our end. However due to an rare error Black colour was mentioned on the product description page while placing the order. We hence have specially arranged a Black colour Mobile and delivered the same at your shipping address.

I also confirm that 4 quantity of products "ZONE Gift Voucher 500" under the order number [protected] were dispatched separately as per the stock arranged and hence the same was delivered at your shipping address separately.

Further, I wish to inform you that five quantity of the product "Big Bazaar Gift Voucher 1000" under the order number [protected] have been dispatched from our end via Bluedart courier airway bill number: [protected]. As per the status on www.bluedart.com the vouchers are already delivered at your shipping address on 16.03.2011. We request you to kindly check and confirm the receipt of the order at your end.

Let me assure you that our commitment towards customer service is absolute and we certainly understand the inconvenience that you must have experienced. I have also tried contacting you regarding the same however were unable to get in touch with you.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard and hope you will give us second chance to prove ourselves.
