I ordered for Food Storage Set, on[protected]. Recevied the Item in completely damaged state on[protected]. I tried calling them 5times the call count down begins from 19 or 15 it continues to 2 or 1 and call gets disconnected. I have lost 100 RS approx for the the call as it is not a toll free number. I need a replacement for that. My order details are below. I am sorry to know that product delivered at your shipping address is found damaged. Let me assure you that make our best efforts to deliver the product in a proper condition however in rare cases the product gets damaged while in transit.
I have instructed our Logistic Partner to pickup the product from your shipping address. Kindly hand over the product in a packed condition along with the original invoice. An Acknowledgement Slip will be provided by the Courier person on handing over the product. Please be assured that the refund will be initiated once the product is been picked up by the Logistics Partner.
