Futurebazaar — Delivered Faulty product and not responding to mails | |||
Order ID: [protected] I have received Iron Box. I purchased this item for gifting purpose. Unfortunately it was not working after we open and tried to iron. I was vexed up calling customer care and waiting in Que to speak to agent. I would have spent more than 200 in calling customer care but unable to talk to customer care Rep. Today i got connected to customer care and he saying i crossed 15 days return policy in just one day. I have mailed them before return policy date only. This is with reference to your order number [protected] for "Paasapahce PSP - 9002 Cordless Steam Iron (ISI)".
I am sorry to know that the product under the above mentioned order is found defective. Let me confirm that I have instructed our Logistic Partner to pickup the defective product from your shipping address. Kindly hand over the product in a packed condition along with the original invoice. An Acknowledgement Slip will be provided by the Courier person on handing over the product.
Let me assure you that the replacement will be initiated from our end once the product is been picked up by the Logistics Partner.

FutureBazaar — Not responding
Dear Concern,I had booked a lap top on dated[protected] from Future Bazaar and they assured me that you will get the delivery of laptop within seven days at your address.
I have called future bazaar so many times to provide me the delivery status of Laptop and they are giving excuses that some verification part is pending from Future Money and you will get call very soon. I am taking this follow with future bazaar from last four days and they have same reply that today you will assure verification call from Future Money.
I would request you to please look into this matter because they are giving mentally harassment and stupid excuses.
I have also told them that if you can not provide the delivery then cancel my order and refund my money but no action is being taken at their end.
