[Resolved] Futurebazaar — Wrong Product delivered | |||
I ordered a Sandisk Micro SD card of 8 GB from futurebazaar.com and when I received the delivery, I have received a USB Flash Drive instead. When I called their customer care, they say it may take upto 10 days for the wrong delivery to be picked up and only then they will file a replacement which will be replaced if they have stock. And they are asking me to return the item by myself at their store, or else wait for 8-10 days. This is very poor service. My order number is #[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
