I have purchase a JAIPAN LITTLE MASTER MIXER GRINDERFBID: 1139177 having order no [protected] on 12th August 2011.I call again and again to futurebazaar customer care and sales team for my order but everytime they assured me that the product will be delievered as soon as possible.But when till 25th I will not receive me product I again call to futurebaazar and Mr Irfan told me that the product is not available in our warehouse ,even not available to jaipan store but the fact is that the same product is available for sale on www.jaipanonline.com.Then he offered me a Bajaj gx1 model mixer grinder as replacement for my order but when i searched such model on google i found that therfe is no such model on google.When i called again to futurebazaar.com they told me that we will revert back to you with in 48 hours.But still no reply from their side...I am calling again and again bt now they are not picking the phone([protected])...Plz never purcahse from such fraud websites.I want to know if the product is not in their stock then why they put the same for sale.........KIndly help me I want my product and not refund

Let me confirm that due to an overwhelming response for the ordered product the stock of the same has been exhausted. I have tried arranging the additional unit of the same from our vendors however were unable to do so. I hence have offered you an alternate product from our end. The basic specification and the Image of the alternate product has been sent separately on your e-mail address.
Further to our discussion, I understand that the alternate product offered to you is found as per your expectation. Let me assure you that the necessary action will be taken at my end to process the order for the alternate product on priority and I will also keep you updated regarding the status of your order from my end.
I once again apologize for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. I can understand that the recent experience you had is really unfortunate but let me re-assure you that we truly value your time and association with us. I request you to give me a chance to rectify and bring a satisfactory conclusion to this matter.
