[Resolved] Futurebazaar — No proper communication and Response | |||
I ordered 3 products on[protected] as follows: Thank you for your order. Received Rs. 953 on 18 Mar, 2012. The following items will be shipped: S.No Item Price Qty Delivery Amount 1 Cinthol Deo Sport Soap (Pack of 5*125 g) [2589532] Rs. 110 1 Before 23 Mar, 2012 Rs. 110 2 Gillette Lemon Lime Shave Foam - 196 gm [2589723] Rs. 129 1 Before 23 Mar, 2012 Rs. 129 3 Indigo Nation Shirt - Blue [2586369] Rs. 714 1 Before 23 Mar, 2012 Rs. 714 Total Rs. 953 It was free delivery for purchase above Rs. 500, hence all these products were supposed to be delivered without delivery charges( these costs Rs. 953). They suddenly i got a mail from FutureBazaar on[protected] saying the 3rd product (Indigo Nation Shirts) can't be delivered and cancelled. I called customer care but they responded weirdly without solving the issue. I even requested them to make connect of responsible person who can solve the issue and make him/her to call me but no calls from FutureBazaar regarding cancellation of product or about the refund of money. Now i see in my Futurebazaar Account that they are charging 50 Rs. for delivery as the Value for 2 products delivered is Rs. 239. But for their mistake why should they charge delivery charge. Instead they should compensate for not responding properly and mentally depressing me since a week. They should close customer care which doesn't solve customer queries and no customer service.This was my first purchase with FutureBazaar online and it was the worst experience. They don't have money to call the customers it seems.Rather than time saving from online shopping ,consuming here i lost my Time, money and mental torture.Kindly tell me how to solve the problem.
