Security Money not Returned

Hi,

I am M.B.A. passout from Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology Greater Noida in year 2009. My caution money of amount Rs. 6000/- is pending with college and they are not giving it back.
I have completed all the formalities but still they always say the Cheque is ready but not signed by the Chairman. How much time does it take to sign cheques? I have send e-mails also to Chairman, CEO, director. But i still not received any reply.
I have heard that even 2007 passouts have not received the caution money. This is the worst behaviour from a institute. I want my money back !!!!!!!!

GalGotia Instt Gr- Noida — Caution Money refund

Refund of Caution Money-
At the time of Admission Submitted full fee with cation Money, but at the time of refunding caution money College management asking that the fee is increased as per order, so you will not get any refund of caution money.

Caution Money account is 10000 /- Rs

Galgotias Donot return the security money of the students by saying the checks are not signed by the Director. This is all they have as a answer when you call up for the security money.

Dear Aakanksha,
kindly escalate this matter to AICTE, UNIVERSITY, Deptt of Higher Education UP, Deptt of Higer education Govt of India, UGC etc. you will surely received your pending amount.

Process : draft a letter to pricipal and mark Cc to all which i have mentioned above.
