I wish to send you complaint on Ganga Hospital Coimbatore. I am going to put this complaint to consumer protection organisation also.
a. Food Quality given to patient is horrible.
b. Nurses dont follow schedule given by doctors.
c. Housekeeping - does not come even when patient screams for bed pan. Sheets for patients are not there. even for emergency thermometers are not available.
d. staffs are demotivated due to less salary and tooo much work. only one nurse available in nights for entire floor.
e. ortho patients are made to wait endlessly in CT SCan, xray. lady patients are taken late nights from rooms to the
xray, ctscan and only male attendents are there in night. No care is taken, patients are made to wait for hours.
f. Billing of patients are not told till the end day of discharge, i[censored] ask them one day before also they cant tell you figures.
g. Patients and attenders are treated like dogs.
I may apply for consumer court and go legal against them. Don't know how NABH accredited them.
Spent 2.10 lakh for knee replacement of one knee for all this service. please dont go. Except the doctor Rajkumar, Rajsekar nothing else is good. I suggest these doctors work with better hospitals.
