[Resolved]  Gati — Misplaced shipment

I had sent my shipment from Lukcnow to Bangalore on 15.03.12. They stated that the delivery will take place in 5 days. Today is 29.03.12 and on calling their office I was informed that they are not being able to trace my cartons. The shipment included 2 cartons and a bike. The bike has been delivered in 5 days but the cartons are yet to be done. The docket no. is[protected] and my cell no. is [protected].
