VERY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH P.P AUTOMOTIVE KARNAL
there should be one very happy sighn too......i reached the
workshop at 10.05 am (though i have to travel approx 70km) to
reach the workshop still i reached n after repeted request my
scorpio was taken for a job card at 10.35 n the card was
opened at 10.50(which was the last thing the service advisior
wrote on the job card) though it was my 2nd FREE service i
was promised the time at 6pm so i somehow managed to go to
karnal town which is almost 5-7 km to watch a movie while
watching movie i got sms from p.p automotive karnal. that my
scropio time in workshop is 11.15 n would get at 6pm n approx
cost is Rs 300 though i called service advisor vikram 2 times
during that n he said the work is still pending n promised me
that i would get the scorpio at promised time i reached the
showroom at 4 pm n to my shock my scorpio was just done just
minoor thing like cleaning of air filter n all though i was
again assured that i would be given scorpio on time but at
6.09 i got sms re schedule of vehichle delivery is 6.30 i
waited for the vehicle very patiently as i was told the
problem that i was suffering with ABS was just started at
5.40pm so i may take time(ABS problem is with my vehicle form
very 1st service) i hv visited the showroom/workshop
specially for that problem(after 1st service) also couple of
days back where the pathetic logic for ABS to work was given
it would work only when vehicle would be over 80 km per
hour.though i was not satisfied with ans i opted that when
ever enngenier from company would come i would be notified n
would be called so that they can check vehicle NOW the issue
arised that while i was getting my vehicles service done i
was not able to sit in customer lounge as their was a
pathetic smell in the lounge.more over when the vehicle was
handed over to me the vehicle had same problems which i told
them in job card had left suspension problem,ABS problem n
above all to my shock my vehicle was not even washed n not
even cleaned from inside n when i approched the front desk
regarding the problem that my vehicle was not washed last
time also(on 1st service also) n the problems i mentioned in
the vehicle at time of job card was not done the MOST
ANNOYING ANSWER GIVEN TO ME WAS "AAP AAPNE VEHICHLE LATE
LAAYE THEY SUBHA AAP KO APNA VEHICHLE SUBH 9 BAJE LAANA
CHAYIE THA" though i said i was here at 10 but they said me 9
baje keh raha hu n aap 10 baje ko roh rehe hai. i said u guys
only told thta i would get my vehicle service done by 6pm so
he said aab to kuch ho nahi sakta jada problem hai to kal
subha le aao hum washing kardenge i said me 70 km se aaya hu
dubara washing ke liye aau is it possible he said yeh aap ki
problem hai meri nahi. STARNGE this was the answer i was
given at front desk(by one sardar ji) as i did something
wrong by buying a scorpio but i promise i will not leave the
issue as it herted me n more oever i was ill terated like my
vehhicle is this kind of service mahindra offer but its
totally opposite when i bought my scorpio from p.p automotive
STRANGE. though m consdering legal prospectives also but i
thought about informin you guys too.
