i was an employee of GD WEB SOLUTIONS limited,they hired students from different engg colleges and they took Rs:-60000/- as a security deposit with the condition that they must return it after 1 years with out any condition.but after 1 year later they closed company and after 1 yr 4 months no trace about them though they are anywhere in kolkata..we launched FIR against this fraud company but police do not take any action.pls help ..

i agree in this complain.i also given an amount of 70000/-
they cancelled the joining date frequently, please suggest me what should i do
i have too many picture of that CEO and HR's...
i will take a police FIR against HIM if they wont return that amount on said date

Yes, police is not taking any action.after 22 march i am going to fir against company.

I also agree with them.The company is also cheated with many students of our college.They take Rs.-70000 as a security money.But they do not refund.and also not give joining.We are also FIR against them.

Yes we the above mentioned Company paid them for ERP Software amounting to Rs 1, 30, 000/- and furhter amounting of Rs 35000/- approximately for website designing and hosting for www.amidmoash.co.in but they cound not continue display our website and stated that the site has been hacked by Pakistan and no ERP software has been handed over to us and as such i have lodged a written complaint to the Commissioner of Police for the same but till date no action has been taken from the official of Commissioner of Police now we cam to know that CEO Shubojit Ghosh Dastidar is absconding

iam balaji from andhrapradesh. Gd web solution is a fraud company located at kalkata.They took the people from different colleges from different states by taking the money 60000 or 70000 as a security deposit and by saying the money is returned back to you after 6 months but the money is not given back to me. Iam a one of the victim of this company. iam a 2009 student. i was selected through campus by this company. On listening their words i paid 70000 as a security deposit on january 2009 to the company.After one week i got the appointment letter mentioned that, balaji you are allowed to our company on october 15th.On listening their cunning words i went to calcutta on specify date the company is closed i was shocked. I dont know how the money get back from this plz help me. we are not rich the money is paid through the bank loan

Previously I said littlebit about GD Websolutions that they cheated with us.After getting the response from yours side I want to describe it in brief.We got the offer letter of GD Web Solutions after successfully finishing the interview in college(Durgapur Institute Of Advanced Technology & Management) campusing.Company recruit 26 students from our college & many more from different different college.They also take 70, 000/- security deposite as refundable after 18 months of joining.They gave us the joing date 4th aug, 2009.But they give us no joining.we have all the valid documents for claim the money but we cann't trace the company.I heard about that GD Websolutios is the NASCOM certified company so I think that they shoud return our money back.Many o[censored]s already launched FIR for that company but we get no result.
So please help us to get that security deposite because all o[censored]s belong from middle class family.These money means a lot for our future. As a citizen of this country I request you to do the needful.

Company recruit 26 students from our college & many more from different different colleges.They also take 60, 000/- security deposite from us and then Surojit Ghosh Dostider the Owner of Gd Web Solutions Ltd said that it will be refundable after 2 months of joining.They gave us the joing date at 1st june, 2009. and we joined in that date.after 3 month company was closed.i with my female coligue staying in office p.g.we work in that company in 3 month without any salary. We have all the valid documents for claim the money but we cann't trace the company. Cheaters will be cheating.
But, the protectors (the Police) are also cheating!

Though it was on campus interview, no action has been taken on behalf of the College Durgapur Institute of Advanced Technology & Management. Not even a single step.

Might be, the management also had some share on the Deposite money.

According to local people the BLOODY CRIMINAL SUBHOJIT GHOSH DASTIDAR were seen in that area many times even after the FIRs were launched.
But, according to police he were untraceable.

The most amazing part is A NASSCOM certified LIMITED company is commiting a fraud and there is nothing can be done by POLICE OR LAW.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF CERTIFICATES...NIL?

I am also a victim of that fraud from the said engineering college.
If there is anyone who can help us to get justice/ to recover Rs. 70, 000 then kindly let me know by mail.
