[Resolved]  GEIS — Fraud Institute

An exhaustive but worth reading comment:

Dear Clinical Research Domain aspirants, using this platform I would like to alert you about Sysplex Bio & Clinical Solutions. To start with this is a highly mismanaged, unprofessional and unethical institute to be in as a staff or a student. The management consist of nobody else but a bunch of office boys and an accountant who are working there for last many years and are well versed in manipulation then there are these two so called MDs, Athique and Nadeem. Please don't be surprised if I am counting the office-boys in the management as it is literally so in case of this institute.

Athique has even been allegedly legally prosecuted and consequently ostracized from Mumbai on the grounds of criminal cases and frauds he was involved in. Due to this reason he has put Nadeem as a dummy for the Mumbai branch giving him no decision making power.

Sysplex Bio & Clinical Solutions comes under GEIS (which is into SAP training), these name which you might have heard at some time or the other for its false commitments and degraded quality of faculty and teaching.

Intermittently you can see a Branch Manager there but then those well qualified and experienced sophisticated people are hired with the commitment of fat salary but are thrown out in a month or two without paying them any.

To add to the achievements of this auspicious Institute, all the softwares that they are using whether it be Oracle Clinical, SAS, SAP or anything else are PIRATED and crash quite frequently and yes then you might find a so called beautiful student admin how is well versed in cooking stories and using cheap feminine tactics to manage this .

When you come for the counseling session (to know about various courses and career prospects thereafter) at Sysplex Bio & Clinical Solutions/GEIS you are counseled by novice girls who themselves are not sure whether or not they will get the salary for the month. The basic reason for this being that Athique comes every month especially in the last week and takes away all the cash leaving nothing for the poor employees and now they have to manage for their last months salary by generating business in the current month. And they have to stick to it unconditionally as Athique confiscates their original document at the time of joining as a necessary prequisite.

The only consistent employees with this fraud institute are the office boys and the accountant who are working there for last many years on mere salary of[protected] pm, who know there is no better option for them outside and who at times can even play the role of goon to control the situation when the students or staff become unruly on issues of the false commitments or salary respectively.

Lot many people are not provided with the Diplomas after completion of the courses and if some fortunate get then it bears the signature of the Accountant, Student admin or even the Counselor as the authorized signatory so you can very well understand the value it will carry for you !!!! And the greatest joke there is sometimes no assessment test and you are declared to have completed the course.
There even have been incidences when H.S.C qualified were given admission for the so called PG Diploma courses they are running.

To get enrollments you will be shown list of companies with whom they have tie-ups (in which hardly any is genuine) , the list of students they have placed (again a bull ), you will be introduced with the faculty (who themselves are always pondering and worried about their career and ready to abscond anytime), you will be convinced on the basis of the low fee (which is of no worth), etc.

And even then if you don't get convinced then there will be a dramatic discount on the fee and you will be asked to keep it a secret, which itself is a open truth of their conspiracy.

And lastly, I just heard that recently there was a company who came for the placement activity (for the first time in the history of Sysplex or GEIS) at Sysplex, Pune but the manager who had called it through his dedicated follow-ups and efforts has been thrown out just because he asked for his two months pending salary. Well now it is a good USP that these fraud institute has obtained, for free, which they are going to encash for atleast sometime.

I would like to tell you that this is an unbiased and fair comment and you are obviously free to dig the truth in your own way, I simply placed the comment to give you a fair idea.
