[Resolved]  GENERAL MOTORS SPARK — Complete dissatisfaction

I got a complete dissatisfaction with my new car experience . Planned to share it and help people who are looking to buy a new one .

I purchased a Spark Car from General motors in india , one of the most bad decision i have ever taken in my life and it spoiled my dreams , emotions , daily life and to the core my interest on small cars .Let me explain it in details
In last 2 years almost 5 months my car was in workshop
the vehicle was taken in 3 years zero maintenance warranty , but unfortunately i took long time to understand , it is a planned process fraud by the company and exploit the first time users of this plan
1.I was told , i need to pay Rs.10000 along the purchase of the car and even if bulb or oil needs to changed it will be dont by company until 45000 kms or 3 years which ever comes first
2. But the trick is , if you leave the vehicle for service and expect something to be changed in warranty , they will make you to follow up with daily calls ( at least 3 times for minimum of 1 week ) , and vehicle will be held in workshop for minimum of 1 week to 3 months ( my experience )
3. they would expect you to get irritated and pay form pocket and get it done .If you still leave the vehicle for months together , no guarentee you get back you vehicle with all the spares in it
4. Akash motors , service dealer in pondicherry , removed my car's self motor and fitted in another car , as that car customer was shouting for poor service , suddenly when i entered and asked few details like spare serial number and literally looked at my spare , i was shocked
5. Coimbatore annamalai motors will not take any initiative in getting replacements , and Force to pay and get the service and say practically it wont work out or tell some technical reason which you dont understand .
6. No time will be committed by any of the service center
7.GM will act to any complaints only after 3 months ( another cheating trick ) by that time all issues will be paid and close from our pocket , they will call and tell "sorry for the inconvinance , next time we will take care"
8.you will not be able to reach GM as easily as you can when you try for a purchase or new car , the email will take 3 months for response and most of the cases the helpline number will auto disconnect ( once i had bad experience of getting connected after 40 calls ) and rare to get someone on call
9. you will be treated , as if something is given for charity
I wonder is this the way General Motors give service to customers , might be the reason for its bankruptcy in US before a year .

Dont underweight the service support , we will literally suffer by missing travel plans , un availability of car during emergency , emotional pain , loss of money and a complete dissatisfaction

I would strongly say Never buy a General motors car in india , as a customer for last 2 years
