[Resolved]  Generator — Complaint of Self Motor

Sir,

We have bought a Generator set of 250 KVA, from m/s A. Ramesh., Trade links Bhimavaram, for Rs.14,000,00/-(Fourteen Lacks )for my unit.

after using five months of installation on[protected]

Self motor was broken, but your representatives are not responding properly for this complaint, being calling for a long period they had come and take the broken self motor, but till date they have not respond our problem.

I request you to solve this complaint as early as possible. for this problem we are loosing a lot of business in lacks.

If we are not responding for this complaint today until 6 pm we are going to complaint the consumer court
