Due/Salary not paid till date

I worked with Genetic Infotech Private Ltd., 19, Shakti Khand-III, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad (U.P) during the period 27th January 2009 to 6th March 2009. Salary was not paid even though Appointment Letter was issued.

This company's registered address is 104, Laxman Palace,
19, V.S. Block,
Shakar Pur,
Delhi - 110 092.

Director name is Mr Neeraj Kumar. I have sent him reminder letters regarding non payment of dues was about Rs. 26, 447/-.

He was not our employee. he was only project based consultant. but he was not able to deliver project till date. also his past is never good as a employee. he is very very lazy person. I think he is not fit for a professional company. GIPL have a more than 5 years old company. his tie up with various big software company.

I have got appointment letter. I have done some assignment in November and December 2008 and for which they have not paid me any payment. On 25th January they called me to join as a company. I have got appointment letter on the 5th Febraury 2009 and asked by director Mr Neeraj kumar that we will not intimate to employees you as a senior employee in a company but after sometime.

Regarding the project which Sadhan mentioned. He was equally worked in the project. Project was complete and after that Mr Neeraj kumar asked to quit and no dues has been paid till date. No one has tested the project. An email has been sent for the same to Mr Sadhan Kumar, Sonia, Neeraj Kumar and Sanjay Rana. Even Neeraj Kumar was not able to test the Software.

Genetic Infotech Private Limited Director and Employee all are lazy and do not provide any information related with project. I have a good repo with the big companies.

As per Government law, Salary must be paid by the 7th of every month. But this company is very lazy and never pays salary to his staff. After 10th of Month and never paid salary to staff.

This company is also involved in the sale of computer hardware. Customers has sent for poor quality of products.

This company is not fit to pay salary to staff.

This company must be Shut down.

This company has no rules. This company is still working at 11 pm in the night.
Just have a look at the company starting from 9 AM to till night.

According to records, Neeraj kumar issued me a appointment letter and designated me as a Senior Software Engineer w.e.f. 1.2.2009 and he had given me a real problems with the clients. All were sorted out and he had given me appointment letter wef 1.02.2009. According to Sadhan, I was worked as a Project Consultant. There is no cordination between them. How you can judge about this company ?

Neeraj Kumar had asked me why you need salary as other members in your family is working.

This was his intention not to pay me.

I expect serious action from this company.

I worked with White Shaarks Infotech Private Ltd., Phase IX, Mohali, Chandigarh (Punjab) during the period March 2009 to 6th May 2009. Salary was not paid even though Appointment Letter was issued.
