Non receipt of ITR acknowledgement for AY 2011-2012

1. Please refer PAN-AGSPV2344Q on respect of BHARATH VRP.
2. I had filed my IT returns for AY 2011-2012 on 19 Jul 2011 through post with GHQ ITO, Ward 4(2), Pune.
3. Till date i haven't received any acknowledgement or receipt from GHQ ITO, Ward 4(2), Pune.
4. I again wrote a letter in Mar 2012 to expedite the same but there is no reply till date. My original Form 16 is also with them.
5. I request you to expedite the same with GHQ ITO, Ward 4(2), Pune to enable me to re-file the tax returns.

I HAVE ALSO FILED ITR FOR BOTH YEARS i.e 2010-11 AND 2011-12. BUT ACKNOWLEDGE IS STILL AWAITED. SINCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT HAS BECOME MANDATORY FOR FILING ITR ONLINE. HOW CAN I GET MY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NUMBERS FOR BOTH YEARS. MY PAN APSPK4869A
