Dear Consumer Complaint Forum I presently living in USA.On occasion of Rakhi I thought of acquiring services from Gift to India.com for sending rakhi and some sweets to my brother who resides in New Farm ,Queensland ,Australia. For this I choose Gift to India.com website.I made the payment in advanceon 8 Aug 10 through credit card and also rececived the confirmation for the same.The delivery date was 20 Aug..but the order was not delivered,I mailed them several times and the website kept saying that thr order has been despatched from our side and soon your brother will receive.But after almost a month of waiting the order didn't reached. During this one month I had conversation through mails..in which the customer care representive of the website gave me several excuses for the not delivering the order. Finally, As my purpose was not solved and the featival was over soI asked them to REFUND my amount as they did not render me any services and played with my emotions.The website DENIED that they will not refund as the address given was incorrect.which was false as keep on mailing my brother on same address by post and other courier services like fedex. I was totally disappointed by the website services and wrote to them ,they are apologizing for the inconvienence caused to me but are not refunding my amount. I want my money back.
