I placed an order for my mother birthday by paying 570/- Rs for a cake and in another 4hrs i received another mail that i have to pay extra 130/- Rs
for delivery charge. Since its a birthday celebration i didnt neglect it to pay the amount. And i was expecting deliver it by 4PM but till 7pm it didnt happen. And in that mean time i made n number of calls to customer care and sent nearly 5 mail to know the status of the order but no response.
Then i came to know its a fraud company. So i called to the credit card company to block the transactions and revert the money back. Thay asked me to send a dispute form which will take 15days for the process.
So please aware of the fraduent website which steals our money, dont place any order. And if anybody made the payment through Credit card consult the bank and try to block the transactions. Which will help you to get the money back and recommend the bank to stop providing payment transaction service to the company.
