Hi,

I had Made online payment for same delivery of cake frm [url]www.gifts-to-india.com[/url] on 01 Oct 2012 to dharwad, karnataka. However the order has still not reached. Which has not only spoilt the birthday party, but also debited the amount.

We had received a call from them on 01 Oct, stating order will sent in 5mins, but till today their 5mins has not come. Called up their customer care number, who was clueless whether it was delivered or not and states it will be delivered in 2-3 days when the order placed was for the same day. When asked to cancel the order and refund, she states we need to investigate this matter and since there was a backlog, emails will be replied accordingly .

I want the refund for this order plus compensation from these frauds.
