There was an offer at Girias for LG Tromm washing machine 5 kg white which i ordered and billed F8066LP for 19290/- and a refrigerator Samsung RA19YBUX for rs 10000/-. and paid Rs. 5000/- as advance. Then ezone was offering 5.5 kg with more features in 80490 with the price of 18990/- with a gift worth 780/- ( which girias offered for 21000/-) hence i requested girias to cancel the bill and issue me only refrigerator only and cancel the bill for only washing machine.
Manager who defies and denies any business ethics whatsoever at Girias Mekhri circle told me to bring the bill. i told okay and went and got the bill and asked him to cancel the bill ( first of all he should not ask me the bill). i went all the way from mekhri circle to mg road and paid the bill and got it booked at ezone. ( i also gave them a call before to confirm this). Then reached girias at mekhri circle. He denied to cancel the bill saying that this is not a computerized bill. the bill is in the Printed pad of ezone. looks like thats their procedure. and now the manager says " i cannot cancel the bill do whatever you want !!"
