I placed an order for buying 6 D light Kiran lamps from Gizmo e Bazaar on 12th Sep. The invoice number is BAZAAR24X7/PROD/[protected], They debited Rs 2994 from my account on the same day and after repeated follow-ups they told me that the product is not in stock.
But till today, they've not repaid the money despite me providing all the details about my bank account. I've tried contacting them many times and they refuse to pick the phone and are cheating the public. Is there any way to take them to consumer court and make a complaint.
