[Resolved] GMS Worldwide Express — Opening and Stealing Items

Yesterday I have got a courise from my friend and by bad luck my friend sends that in this GMS... Some one openned my courier and thay have stealed one item from my courier... When courier guy deliverying the parcel I didnt notice this... After sometime I opened the courier and when Im speaking with my friend only I came to know that they have opened my courier and that have stealed... Its very very bad and puts me and my friend in more tension. I called to Customer Care in Bangalore and I said abt this... every one is trying to escape from my call only.. but no one is willing to give me proper answer for my issue... My call has trasfered 4 times... now its around 24 hours still i didnt get any reply for my query... GMS its very very worst and cheating courise service... i have posted a carrier on 09th Feb 10 from Banglore to Agra, FIRST OF ALL IT WAS TOLD THAT MY CONSIGNMENT HAVE REACHED TO MEERUT, BUT WHEN TODAY MY PARCEL HAS REACHED THE PLACE THE ITEM WAS REPLACED FROM AN OLD ONE.

I HAVE SENDED A COURIER TO AGRA BY GMS COURIER BANLORE, BUT THE ITEM WAS FIRST SEND TO MEERUT AND AFTER THAT WHEN THE ITEM REACHED IT WAS REPLACED, THERE WAS A SAREE A MYSORE SILK WHICH WAS REPLACED FROM A OLD AND TORN SAREE, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE BANGLORE OFFICE, DELHI OFFICE, MEERUT OFFICE AND AGRA OFFICE BUT I DIDNOT GOT A PROPER RESPONSE FROM ANYWHERE.THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE OF COURIER
