GO AIR TICKET CANCELLATION REFUND I have booked tickets for my family to visit J&K on 04/05/2013 in Go Air by through authorised government agent. The total fare was Rs.78000/= But in the last moment, I had to cancel my trip due to sudden demise of my brother-in-law. I requested the agent to cancel my ticket and return the refund amount. But, the Go Air outrightly rejected the refund and told that no paise will be refunded. I am a central govt servant and planned to avail the LTC. Where to make a complaint in this regard to get the refund?. Was this information helpful? | |

Go Air accepted my request and Refund has been cleared. Thanks for Go Air in resolving the matter earliest. I booked the ticket through M/s.Balmer Lawrie. They approached Go Air with all my documents and on continuous following up by them, I got the refund. Thanks to M/s.Balmer Lawrie in persuing the matter with Go Air. | |

Go Air — Air Ticket
hi Siri wrote the below mail to "[protected]@goair.in" as told. but no action has taken as yet.
Hi Sir/Madam
While I was booking ticket for 16th of march for flight G8-205 Delhi to Bangalore, when all the details were taken while transaction a message prompted saying “GoAir Error Message”. No successful message was displayed for the transaction and no email to mine account with ticket details were sent. But after few hours i got a message from my account saying I had booked ticket from GoAir. When I enquired they (Minish salkar –supervisor and attendant –Emad) told me the ticket was generated and it’s not their mistake ,they can’t do anything and I have to drop a mail regarding the issue.
So please take action on the above error from your side and it will be great if you refund my money as the process was not completed.
