[Resolved]  Go Air — Refund not processed

I booked a flight with Go Air from Pune to Delhi (PNR number QM7I0X) Due to some reason i had to reschedule and then cancel it. When i called on airline customer care and asked to cancelation, they cancel the booking and told me that the refund amount will be approx 7000 and it will be credited to my account within 15 days. I asked them to send me confirmation mail for the same to which they denied. It is s been a month now and I have not yet received the Refund amount. Moreover now the airlines are telling now that the refund amount would be 5000, whereas while following up with them on call center number, several times they told me it is 7000. I feel cheated in this case. This is not an ethical to deduct any amount with their oun wish even after communicating. I want to know how can I take this issue to consumer court. I have been mentally harassed since last week while making continuously calling them, many times they even cut the call in between which really frustrates me.

I have
purchased air ticket from GO AIR BY SBI debit Card on 22/5/2014 but some
unavoidable circumsantance I have cancelled the same air ticket in evening I
have sent mail to [protected]@goair.in forth
before this complaint for refund regarding
Cancelled air ticket on dated 22/5/2014 for New Delhi to Srinagar for
9/06/14 and back Srinagar to Delhi for 15/6/14 with booking reference No.
OT5896 and Cancelled by voucher
no.7GPWPL BUT YOUR COMPANY has not
deposited the amount of Rs.15000/- in my
account. so, I request you to do needful for refund to deposit
in my account.

I also sent an email to [protected]@goair.in on 31 Oct and their other Ids but there has been no response as yet. Tried calling their customer service but I have to keep hearing music (at one time for almost 20 mins!). When can I expect my refund?
