We had purchaged a Godrej Microwave Oven on 17.11.2010 from Avtar Electronics,Mohan Singh Market, Delhi-110022. Model No-GMX 20CA1 MIZ Warranty-1 year Suddenly the Oven didn work. our complain no with Godrej-287772 dated. 12th January 2010 on 14th january 2010,one person came from Godrej delhi service center & told that magnetron has to be chaged.After that nobody came even after repeated follow up...Please help Was this information helpful? My M/W was not working on 26th febuary 2010.So, I complain about it in a godraj office.On 27th Febuary 2010 my microwave oven was taken in the godraj office.And I paid charge of making M/W work properly.
The worker of office gave one month grantee .But now agian on 3th March 2010, it is not working .Again I complain about it but now he is asking for Rs1600 more to look for M/W. Please check my M/W.

My complain No is806497 Dated 05/10/2010. still unattende due to noneavailablity of megnetron and capacitor. Look in to the metter urgently.

PURCHASE A NEW MAGNETRON FROM LOCAL MARKET WHICH WILL COST YOU AROUND 650-700 IN RETAIL MARKET.. GIVE RS.150-200 TO A LOCAN MECHANIC AND GET YOUR MICROWAVE REPAIRED..
