RESPECTED SIR,
I HAVE VIDEOCON REFRIGERATOR WHICH IS UNDER GUARANTEE PERIOD I HAD PURCHASED IT FROM NEXT SHOW ROOM, AHMEDABAD.
I HAD SEVEN YEARS GURANTEE ON COMPRESSOR BUT WHEN THE PERSON CAME TO MY HOME HE HAS DEMANDED 1200RS FOR THE REFILLING GAS . I WANT TO KNOW IF THE COMPRESSOR IS AT FAULT THEN WHY WE HAVE TO PAY FOR GAS REFILLING. I HAVE PAID 1200 RS. TO HIM BUT NOW I AM DEMANDING REFUND OF THAT AMOUNT BECAUSE THEY THE REPAIRER HAS TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THE COMPANY AND WE CAN TAKE ANY CHARGE.
SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL IN THIS MATTER .

recently i have visited delhi and i have purchased 32 gb kingstone pendrive from the karolbag it was seal packed with the original logo on it.
I have purchased it at 900 Rs. and when i came at home tried to attached with the computer it was not working at all please give me the solution in this matter as i am being cheated by the representative of kingstone company.

I am user of idea cellular company i have not activated any service from the company but the customer care executive had started it just because they are having pressure to achieve target which is given by the company i have recharged it for two times but after some time when i had checked my balance was nil i was not able to call at all.
i have called in the customer care they had not given me any answer who has started this service like Loveguru and other... My Mo.No. is [protected] i had demanded refund of that amount please take necessary action against him and do the needful in getting the refund from the company.
I also want the company not to call or activate any kind of extra servive as i dont have any need of that.

My first complaint was entered at call centre containing Regd.No.174011 dated 23.05.2011 and second was dated 01.06.2011, Compt. No. 180002. But the engineer has not visited yet.

i bought a Godrej refrigerator on 2/10/2011 (3. years) from saravana stores t. nagar .it was working good, but since three days it is not working my near by technician checked and told the compressor is to be replaced, and also he told compressor has a warranty of 5 years.But i have lost my bills and warranty cards .
Pls help me in replacing the compressor on warranty,
can't you check my refrigerators model and manufacture no and find how long,
Pls help me in this matter,
i don"t mind paying for the a/c gas as u pls
I will be great full i[censored] would help me in replacing the compresor .

mene saturday 26/09/2009 ko lal quator, krishna nagar. se frize liya. dealer ne rat 9.00 baje ye frize humey deliver karvaya aur kha ise kal morning mein open karna. Humne morning mein frize khola to dheka ki usme se colling ki jagaha heat nikal rahi hai. phir humne company mein phone kiya. Unhone kha ki do din ki chutti (sunday aur deshra) hi to hum tuesday ko aaege. jab company se excutive aaye to unhone kha ki iska part kharab hai. ve change ho jayega. aur aap use 5 hour ke baad chalaye. jab humne use 5 hour ke baad chalaya tab vahi same problem face ki. Naye frize ko do baar khol diya gaya . hume kha ki aap isse change kar diyjiye. to unhone mana kar diya. Humene is sub mein dealer se bhi baat ki par vaha se bhi koi response nahi hai. Naye frixe ko do baar khol kar dheak kar diya gaya. aur prob abhi vahi hai. please humari complaint par attention de aur humari help kare. thanking youvijay khanna
