[Resolved]  Golden Gas Service, Gurgaon — Delay in delivering gas cylinders repeatedly

Hi,

I am Poonam Sangwan from E-209, Dharam Colony, Palam Vihar, Sec-23, Gurgaon. I have booked a number for gas cylinder at Golden Gas Service, PVK, Gurgaon in 06-May-2012. But now it is 05-Jun-2012. Nearly 1 month before I booked. But they didn't deliver any gas cylinder. Each time when I booked I am facing same problem and buying from outside with a double cost of Rs. 800/-. Why they are doing like this? When they will deliver me the gas cylinder? Please try to maintain it.

GOLDEN GAS SERVICE - GAS — DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYLINDER

I have BPCL Gas Connection with Agent M/s. Golden Gas Service, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore for past 2 years. My Gas Registration No.G32819. Everytime I am getting problem of delay in supply of Gas Cylinder from the above vendor. Whenever we call the the distributor, i use get the reply of you will get the cylinder today, tommorrow. But in physical is not happening. I have to remind them everytime around 15 to 20 times for the period of 15 days.

Nowdays I use to register my Gas Cylinder request through BPCL Website only, My latest Reqeust Order No. is 317671 Dt.07.04.2009. But still date I not received my Gas Cylinder.

I request you to take action the distributor and also ask them supply the Gas Cylinder immediately without any delay

GOLDEN GAS SERVICES/GAS CYLINDER — NON SUPPLY OF GAS CYLINDER

I have Gas Connection with Bharat Petrolium Corpn - Distributor - Golden Gas Services, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore for the past 2 years. My Connection No.G32819. Delivery of Gas Cylinder is not properly handled by the distributor online every time. Whenever we call the response from the disbtributor is poor. and also they not maintaining the commitement.

Hence, nowdays i use register my order request through BPCL Website. Eventhough the delivery of Gas Cylinder from the distributor is not happening in correct time. My present situation is as under.

I order my latest request in BPCL Website on 07/04/2009 vide order reference no. 317671. the same has been not yet delivered so for (alsmost 45 days over). whenever we call they telling they will deliver today.
but its not happening. today morning also i received the message that we will delivery the cylinder in one hour.

I request you to take action against distributor. and arrange early delivery of gas cylinder to us
my consumer no 18079 we r not getting supply properly i am booking addision on 11.3.10 and pay money but i am not recive cylinder contact in your office no response pls take imediate action for thise complaint its not a first time regularly supply was delay
MY CONSUMER NO IS 12164, I HAD BOOKED FOR REFILL ON 10/042012 WITH REGN NO 10870.
TILL DATE NO SUPPLY OF REFILL TO ME. IT SEEMS THE SUPPLY BOY SUPPLY LPG
TO THOSE GIVE MORE MONEY THAN THE COST OF LPG. NO RECEIPT IS GIVEN SO FAR.
REQUEST SEVERE ACTION AGAINST HIM AND ENSURE PROMPT SUPPLY.
