Google - Orkut — Someone hacked my account.

This is regarding my orkut account named:ミ★ραяι★彡 ......Mis u baby....
I am unable to access the same since 11 Sep 09.
I am pretty sure someone else is using this account.
Can u please help me delete this account because it contains personal information.
please respond on my email address asap.
I want to know whether this is the right channel or should i contact the Cyber crime Cell.
